Focus of Thought is #1 in Achieving your Dreams and Goals

Today I have another written Talkchology for you guys, this Talkchology is going to be about the number 1 thing that so many of us can lack at times in achieving results, not only in our fitness training but in other aspects of life. I’m talking about Focus Of Thought. This is something not a lot of trainers make emphasis on, mainly it’s all about physical, eat this, don’t eat that, if your not getting results it’s because you’re not training right, or not eating right and blah blah blah. Yes, all of that is true, to a degree, but the most important part of our life is our focus of thought and where we direct it.
If you learn a bit about Quantum Physics, you will understand that this Universe we live in, this so called solid physical place, is just energy under a microscope. Everything most of us perceive as solid is actually not solid at all, it is all a vibration, including your thoughts. A thought is actually the first vibration before it begins manifesting into something we call physical, everything you see around you, was first thought of.
The reason I want to share all of this information with you guys, is because I want you to understand the power your thoughts have over your life, your reality, this is not just some mambo jumbo make belief information, this is part of physics. The biggest people in history including scientist, painters, writers and poets, politicians knew and know this stuff and apply it to their daily life.
This brings me to my next point, a while ago I found this video ” Sacred Knowledge of Vibration and Water ( remember, we are mostly made of water ), which talked about a very famous experiment by Dr. Masaru Emoto, the video that talks about it is below.

We all learn valuable life lessons at our own pace, but there is one basic truth we all learn early. Positive, compassionate words comfort and heal; negative words and insults hurt. Until recently, we knew this only because we could feel it. Now we can actually see it. Thanks to the experimental work of Dr. Masaru Emoto, we can look to water, and its frozen crystals, to confirm the healing power of beautiful music, positive thinking, uplifting speech, and prayer.
In his various books, the first of which was published in 1999, Dr. Emoto, a doctor of Alternative Medicine, introduced the novel idea that water not only reflects the physical word around it (as when we use a placid lake or pond as a mirror), but it also reflects the consciusness of the being surrounding it.
The experiment he used to discover this included bottles filled with water, that were set under either a positive or a negative influence. For example, some bottles of water were wrapped with written notes, with the writing facing inside the bottle that said, “thank you.” This was done in various languages. No matter what language was used, the water in these bottles, when frozen, created complete crystals that were lovely to behold. ??Water over which a priest prayed, with love and gratitude, created the same type of crystals. Conversely, unpleasant, imcomplete, and malformed crystals were created in water exposed to people saying or writing, “You fool,” or other negative expressions.
By exposing water to a particular word or piece of music, freezing it, and photographing the ice crystals formed, Dr. Emoto has shown that from beautiful words and music, come beautiful crystals, and from mean-spirited, negative words, come malformed and misshapen crystals. What is the significance? It becomes clear when we remember that the adult human body is approximately 70% water and infant bodies are about 90% water. We can be hurt emotionally and, as the water can be changed, for the worse physically by negativity. However, we are always closer to beauty when surrounded by positive thoughts, words, intentions and ultimately those vibrations.
The Sacred Knowledge Of Vibration and Water
Now, few words from my self. If you want something in your life, whether it has to do with your fitness goals, life goals, career goals, your thoughts have to match what you desire physically.
For example, let’s talk about this from a Fitness perspective. If your eating extremely well, working out all the time but you keep thinking the thoughts that contradict everything you are doing physically, thoughts such as: I have slow metabolism, I can’t lose weight because of my genetics, my legs have always been fat, I keep working out but I don’t see any results I desire, I’ve never been able to get a six pack etc. These thoughts are all a contradiction to what you are trying to accomplish and no matter what you do as far as your training and diet, until you fix your thoughts into the same direction, you will never see the results you want, it’s impossible by Universal Law, The Law Of Attraction, which is the biggest law of this Universe, because like attracts like. Personally, I really wish they would teach this in Fitness Schools, because mind aspect of any success is always in #1 position. I rarely hear trainers talk about this, seriously, almost never.
In order for you to manifest your goals, the focus of your thoughts have to be on that goal, not on the lack of it, or the abundance of problems that are stopping you from reaching it.
So, how do you begin changing your thoughts towards your goals?
You become aware of your thoughts at all times, you are completely in control of that, believe me. There is absolutely nobody else pulling the strings in your life. Every time you catch your self on a thought that is not what you want to see appear in your life, immediately change it, make that your habit. It will feel like a lot of work in the beginning, and it is, because all this time you were letting your thoughts just run a mock, but if you do it once, twice, three times you will see how quickly your reality begins to change.
I’ve told you this a million times, but I am a living proof that everything in your life is only created by you. Just 6 years ago, my life was a nightmare, I was on a verge of suicide, and once I mentally hit a complete rock bottom, I’ve had a realization that I am in complete control and I can change my life any second I wanted. And so I did, in literally days, not months, days! You know where I started, my thoughts, my beliefs about life and about my self, that was the first thing I changed, everything after that just started flowing naturally.
Things are not as fixed as we perceive them to be, because each of us becomes exactly what we think we can become and be!
Now, the most important thing I want to add
Every time I share my thoughts with you guys or my beliefs, I want you to know that I am not trying to impose my ideas onto you, because I understand each of us has a different intention that serves our growth in life, in understanding this world so to speak. What I advice you guys to do, is to only use parts of the information that you feel serves you and helps you, the rest you can throw away. Each of us has our own way of experiencing and going about our life, and it does not mean someone is right or someone is wrong. It just means we have to trust our self as an individual to know what is right for us personally, and take pieces of information from everywhere that we feel help us grow.
