Today I have one more Real Time Abs Workout to add to Loving Fit library of workouts. This routine is under 12 minutes long, but it will be a great addition to mix in with other strength training routines. Since this routine is real time, you can follow me along in the video or you can write it down and do it on your own. Make sure you watch me explain the proper form of each exercise in the video.

Hello my Sweet Lovies,

Happy Friday! I have a new Real Time Cardio workout for you guys so don’t be skipping your cardio! This one is only 14 minutes long and bodyweight only. Today is also my day 4 of the 10 Day Abs & Core Challenge, on top of that I’ve started another round Push-Up challenge because I’ve enjoyed it so much last time. But this time, instead of 200 I’m doing 300 :), but I did take 3 complete day’s off from the upper body prior to starting it all over again.

I’m having a lot of fun with the 10 Day Push-up Challenge, I’ve gained an insane amount of strength during this challenge. Now, I decided that I’m going to be always adding some kind of challenge additionally to all of my workouts. This will help us take our fitness level several steps higher. Now, I have an Abs & Core challenge for you guys, it will also last 10 days. I’m going to start this challenge on Monday, you guys can fit it into your schedule when it’s more comfortable for you.

Real Time Cardio #7

Hello my Lovies,

I have a new Real Time Cardio for you guys to add to the archive! These past few weeks have been different in schedule, it’s Miguel’s vacation so we have to film on different days than usual. Things are less and more hectic at the same time on his vacation times because we have to change our filming schedule, and I usually have to jam up my work into several days so we can spend time and get out of town. I also tend to slack a bit more with my eating when Miguel has his vacation, it’s easy to be on track when I don’t go out, but when we go out I love to enjoy his vacation on my working time LOL.

Hello my sweeties,

I have another lower body workout for you this week. Usually it’s our time to record a Real Time Cardio routine, but our schedule is a bit different for the next 2 weeks ( Miguel is going out of town ) so we had to film Lower Body ( cause it was my lower body training day ). This routine is about 30 minutes long, it’s divided into two parts. In first part there are a lot of leg work, in the second part we’ll work mainly the glutes.
