6 Minute Abs Workout ( real time )
Hello Loves,
I hope you guys missed me :). I have a new workout for your Abs. I came up with this short 6 minute routine the other day ( it’s in real time so you can follow me along ). When I came up with this routine I was so tired from my upper body workout I did, but I still had to train abs, so I came up with something that won’t be too exhausting and I’ll be able to finish it while getting a great abs training. I loved this mini routine so much I wanted to share it with you guys as well.
I’m still working on that other video I promised you guys last week ( the fat loss plateau trick I’ve been testing ). I always like to test stuff out for a while my self before I present it to you guys, because I want to be sure it’s effective.

Things to remember before, during and after your workout
Workout Explanations
In this routine I was using my sandbag ( I had 35 lbs in it ) and my Gymboss Timer. You want to make sure not to go too light here, because this workout is short and we want to squeeze the max in those 6 minutes. If you are a beginner, I suggest using 10-15 lbs.
Set your Gymboss Timer for 1 interval of 6 minutes. Within the 6 minutes, complete as many rounds of the following 3 exercises as you can. If your timer beeped but you still have few more reps, or last round of the last exercise, then don’t stop and finish it, just like I did in the video.
- 3 Way Bag Lift & Twist & Drop Combo – 6 reps ( each 3 twist & drop counts as 1 rep )
- Air Stepper – 10 reps/side
- Slow Pike Ups – 10 reps ( when you lower down, make sure to stretch your abs before coming back up )
