Playground Workout in Real Time
Hello my Lovies, happy Monday to you all!
I feel so happy to be able to share a new workout for you guys! This workout is Full Body and in real time. We filmed in on the playground ( as the tittle suggests ), it was really fun, but as it turns out much harder to step out of my normal training habitat. Right now, the weather in Florida is just gorgeous, about 60 degrees daily, beautiful blue sky and sun shines beautifull, what a blessing! Everyone is counting down to the spring and summer and I want this winter to never end!
So, todays workout is meant to be done outside, I wouldn’t substitute it with a home workout and a similar exercises because it’s not the same thing, unless you’ve got a playground like that in your house, then wow that’s pretty cool! So, get your round LovingFitter butts outside and train on fresh air!
Workout Explanation:
I warmed up by running to the playground, it was about 15 minute run prior to my workout, and I also ran back home.
Set your timerfor 20 minutes. If you really want to get kinky, set your timer for 30 minutes :), and do as many rounds of the following exercises as possible ( IN GOOD FORM ).
- Elevated Shoulder Presses – 10 reps
- Monkey Bars – 6 reps + 2 Unassisted Pull-ups ( without taking a break after monkey bars ). Also, if your playground has more than 6 monkey bars, do more.
( This was the first time I’ve done Monkey Bars in many years. I realized it’s a lot harder than it looked. )
- Pull-ups on Rings – 10 reps
- Leg Lifts – 5 reps
- Pistols – 6 reps / side
- Pull-ups ( unassisted ) – 3 reps
- Jump Lunges – 30 reps
