From now on I decided to start separating “Upper Body Routines” and “Lower Body Routines” into different pages. If you go to Exercises and Workouts, then Workout Routines, you will see another window that says Upper Body Routines. I will also add a Lower Body Routines page as well.
Show Me Your Strength Upper Body Workout Challenge
Hello my Sweeties,
Today I have a monster Upper Body Workout Challenge! Get ready, because this one is going to be tough mentally even more than physically, all though physically it’s just as hard! This was a total out of the blue inspiration for me, I wanted to do something hard and something that I don’t do often. There is 4 exercises total, 1 of them is a combo and I timed each exercise separately. I always recommend you guys to do the same, that way you’ll be able to tell which exercises are your strength and which is your weaknesses.

I am finally bringing you a new lower body workout! As you can already tell by the title of this post, this routine is seriously going to be focused on booty. Lower body routines are actually my weakness, its always for some reason much harder for me to do than upper body, but I believe whatever seems harder, that’s what we should focus on.

Hello my Lovie-Dovies!!!
I’m super duper exited about today’s workout! Because today we have a guest who bravely performed one of my workouts. His name is Renato, he works with my husband Miguel at Cirque Du Soleil show La Nouba, he also does flying trapeze. I wanted to really challenge him so I made up a really intense Full Body Workout, plus it’s been a while since I’ve done a full body workout video. I was coaching Renato throughout the video and I really enjoyed this kind of format. I definitely have to say he did a great job especially for it being his first Loving Fit workout and his first time filming a workout video.
