Workout Routines
From now on I decided to start separating “Upper Body Routines” and “Lower Body Routines” into different pages. If you go to Exercises and Workouts, then Workout Routines, you will see another window that says Upper Body Routines. I will also add a Lower Body Routines page as well.
Countdown Workout!
Today’s workout is a follow up to yesterday’s ” Heartbeat Up Workout “. This routine focuses on upper body and lot’s of abs. This workout was an interval training and it went by super fast even though it wasn’t the shortest routine, but I really enjoyed it and I hope you will as well.

There is only a few more days left until the big day – New Year, and we all have to look our best and feel great! Today’s workout is focused on the lower body butt, legs, abs and it will make your heartbeat skip very fast ;), just as fast as it will make your fat melt. This routine is divided into 2 parts, the first part is done for time and it’s circuit training, the second part is interval training with no breaks.

Today’s workout was an upper body routine and it was a follow up to yesterday’s ” It Girl Booty Workout “. I really had to pull it together today, because half way though the workout I just wanted to complain and quit, but then all I kept thinking about was how hot I want to look and greet the New Year’s day, and that kept me going through the full routine. I will be sharing my scores at the end of the post.
