Upper Body & Abs – Burn It To The Ground Workout
Hi Everyone,
Today’s workout was focused on the upper body and abs :), and it was a follow up routine to ” Lower Body Circuit – Bangarang Workout “. This time I switched it up a bit again, in this workout I did 3 different combos 3 minutes each, between the combos I’ve done some abs ( not timed ) and at the end there was 4 minutes of high intensity interval training – Tabata Style :). It was fun and it went by super fast!

But I really like this new approach, and I also believe it’s good to change things up a bit. This routine is a circuit that you will only go through once. Today’s workout was a follow up routine to yesterdays ” Leg’s, Butt And Thighs Workout “. It was about 22 minutes long and torturous as hell! This routine was focused on the upper body, abs, and cardio. It was definitely very fast paced and by the end I was completely burned out.

I did this routine in a circuit manner to not overload my nervous system, because tomorrow I have a great HIIT resistance workout coming up ;). It’s not very healthy to do high intensity interval training two days in a row.

Today’s workout was a follow up to Tuesday’s BootyWorks And More Workout, that means today we were focusing on the upper body. This routine was about 20 minutes long and it was done in an interval training style. The intervals were a bit shorter than usual, but the exercises were definitely hard. This workout was a total torture for me, in many different ways.

I have a fun new workout for you today 🙂 it was a circuit combination of upper body and cardio. It was pretty hard to shoot outside because of so many distractions, but the fresh air is amazing. At first I wasn’t even going to bother with editing of the video because it was so noisy outside, but then one of my readers on Facebook told me I still should edit the video cause she wanted to see the workout. So I did, watch it at your own risk LOL!
