Hello My Lovies!
Happy beginning of the week and welcome the the Fifth Edition of Monday Mingle, a question answer game we play every Monday to get to know each other better.
I got to say, I’ve been reading through your mingling comments and it amazes me that all of you guys are such incredible, creative, spiritual and healthy positive people! I just love you guys! Before I get to all the questions, which by the way you guys helped me to come up with, I wanted to give a shout out to Daybelis, Lourdes and Jos for making suggestions on Facebook about today’s questions, thanks darlings!
Here are today’s questions:
This is a question I’ve been wondering for a while :). How did you guys discover Loving Fit?
What keeps you going when you are low on motivation?
How do you conquer a negative thought?
What are your fitness goals ? What have you achieved so far?
What is your favorite recipe that takes less than 10 minutes to make?
My answers:
Q – This is a question I’ve been wondering for a while :). How did you guys discover Loving Fit?
My Answer:
Well, since I found Loving Fit first LOL, I will just tell you a story how I came up with the name.
In the beginning I bought a domain name like my own, it was suppose to be tatiannakarmanova.com. About a week went by and I was driving in my car and I started texting my friend about how I’m exited to start my blog, and she said to me, “Yep, we all know how you love being fit “. Then it hit me, and I wrote to her ” What if I call the blog LovingFit? “, and she said that’s it, I love that! Same day I bought loving fit domain, and that was the birth of Loving Fit :).
Q – What keeps you going when you are low on motivation?
My Answer:
Before It use to be my aerial training, I would watch girls at my husbands work do incredible things and push them selves in a very inspiring way. Performers are very strong people, you’d watch them do things over and over again, they fall, get injured and pick back up pushing them selves all over again. It’s quite amazing to watch.
Now, when I need a motivation kick I look up to you guys, you guys are the strongest motivator I have. You guys inspire me every day and I want to be the best Me I can be to inspire you the same way you guys inspire me.
Q – How do you conquer a negative thought?
My Answer:
I think negative thoughts are like cockroaches, they breed at the speed of life and they can live without their heads. So instead of trying to conquer them I redirect them or replace them automatically with a positive thought. In the beginning it’s a challenge to do so if the negative thought has been living in your mind for a while, but with time your brain automatically does that. I always say ” You have to stand by the gateway of your thoughts “, that way you get to choose which thoughts pass through and which don’t.
Q – What are your fitness goals ? What have you achieved so far?
My Answer:
My fitness goals were always to be strong physically and be able to do pull-ups and push-ups without having to struggle. I definitely achieved that goal and now I’ve created more body composition goals. At the moment my goal is to create more definition in my shoulders and I am working on it right now.
Q – What is your favorite recipe that takes less than 10 minutes to make?
My Answer:
My favorite recipe that takes under 10 minutes to make is raw chocolate truffles. You do have to put them into the fridge to harden up, but you can eat them without it as well, they taste like little cakes:
Mix all the ingredients together and roll them into small balls:
- Coconut Butter
- Raw Cacao
- Raw nuts of choice
- Dried Fruit ( without sugar added )
What else can be better than healthy, full of antioxidants raw chocolate 🙂
