Hello my Sweet Lovies,

How is your weekend going? I hope all of you are having a beautiful day and and expressing gratitude towards each and every moment :). It’s been a few weeks since I’ve posted a Food Diary, it’s all because I’ve taken up a few more online clients ( I do personal nutrition and workout plans online ), it has been keeping me quite busy. Hello my Lovies,

One more Food Diary entry is here. I started yesterday quite early and when I start my days early I have more meals than usual. Hello my Sweeties,

I’m having a beautiful day and I hope all of you are as well! I posted my last week’s Food Diary Wednesday on my Facebook cause I didn’t have time to write a post. Some of you guys always tell me that I eat so little, but trust me I make up for it on the weekends. You see during the week I like to eat extremely healthy because I train, so when I train I don’t have as much of an appetite for anything else then extremely healthy food.
