Food Diary Wednesday 19 On A Saturday :)
Hello my Sweet Lovies,
How is your weekend going? I hope all of you are having a beautiful day and and expressing gratitude towards each and every moment :). It’s been a few weeks since I’ve posted a Food Diary, it’s all because I’ve taken up a few more online clients ( I do personal nutrition and workout plans online ), it has been keeping me quite busy. But I know that some of you guys enjoy knowing what I eat and I will keep posting these food diaries for you guys.
Lately, I’ve added quite a bit more carbs to my daily regimen in the form of oats and brown rice, I’ve noticed if I don’t eat enough grains I lose muscle ( and I’m a bit lazy when it comes to eating these kind of carbs, they’re not my favorite, but I try cause I know my body loves it ). One thing that I have been loving more than usual lately is boiled oats with hazelnuts and berries, I’ve even been craving it daily, and have been eating that as my post workout meal. Since just oats, nuts and berries are not enough protein to my liking, I would also add an omelet from 2 eggs ( that is if it’s my post workout meal ).
This is how I ate this past Wednesday:
Breakfast:
( Everything Organic ) – 2 eggs, one whole red pepper, mushroom ( omelette ).
Snack after Breakfast:
Old fashioned oats soaked in hot almond milk ( unsweetened ), organic blueberries, dried apricots, cinnamon and hazelnuts.
Lunch:
Organic Spinach, Chicken, Parsley and Fresh Basil and I also have some yucca underneath there. I love yucca so much that I eat it almost daily now.
Dinner:
Organic Lettuce, avocado, chicken, rasberries and crushed hazelnuts, MMM delicious! Hazelnuts are my favorite nuts right now, It’s the only nut I’ve been buying lately.
