Home Made Sweet Bread
I come with another super healthy recipe :). I really loved how it turned out. I already ate some with a cup of soy milk. This is a super delicious bread full of protein, good fat, and some carbohydrates 🙂
Sweet & Healthy Home Made Bread
Before mixing the ingredients set your stove to pre-heat for 350 degrees.
The Ingredients:
1. Half a cup of Coconut Flower
2. Five eggs
3. 1/4 cup of soy milk
4. Four table spoons of coconut oil ( Virgin Unprocessed )
5. Five Table Spoons of Agave Nectar
6. A pinch of Salt
7. A tea spoon of Baking Soda
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with a fork, make sure you get all the lumps out and the dough looks like a smooth paste. Since you are baking with coconut flower it is not going to look like regular wheat or white flower dough.
When your stove is pre-heated, place the dough into a baking container of any shape you like.
Set your timer for 35 minutes. When it beeps take your sweet bread out and let it cool for 5 minutes. It is ready to munch 🙂
I had it right away with a cup of soy milk. It was so delicious.
