Raw Chocolate Clusters Recipe ( Healthy and Guilt Free )

Happy beginning of the week!  Today is Tuesday but since I didn’t do a post yesterday I wanted to wish you a beautiful week today :).  I needed to switch things up a bit, that’s why I didn’t do my regular Monday post, I like things to always be different and when I notice my self fall into a routine I get very bored, I’ve never been a fan of routines.  Today I wanted to share a super delicious and most importantly guilt free recipe.  This is very simple recipe to make, only requires few ingredients and it’s raw so it’s full of nutrients.

I LOVE CHOCOLATE and I realized that I refuse, seriously refuse to live without it, but I also don’t want to be a vibrational match to processed sugar and junk food of any kind.  Junk food is not only bad for your body, but it affects your mind and spirit as well.  Because junk food effects your molecular structure therefore it lowers your vibrational frequency ( thats why there is a saying: You are what you eat ).  If our vibrational frequency is lowered we begin to attract similar things ( of lower frequency ) into our life, the moral of the story is – replace all of your junk food with healthy alternative.

Ingredients ( this will make quite a bit, will last you over a month )

 

Healthy

 

  • Organic Cranberries – 6 oz package
  • Organic Cashews – 6 oz package
  • Organic Almonds – 6 oz package
  • Raw Cacao Powder – 4.5 tablespoons
  • Raw Organic Coconut Butter – 16 oz
  • Cayenne Pepper – ( I used 1 tablespoon )
  • Sea Salt – to taste

You can also play around with the ingredients, you can use dried apricots or raisins, you can also use different nuts. You can also add raw honey or agave nectar to make this recipe much sweeter, but I personally don’t like sweet chocolate. 

 

Preparation

Mix Coconut Butter, Raw Cacao, Cayenne Pepper and some Sea Salt until you get a smooth, chocolaty mixture 🙂

Drop your cranberries and all of the nuts into it and mix well until all of them are covered.

Split everything into 2 plates and distribute evenly.  Top it with a little more sea salt and cayenne pepper, it tastes so delicious this way 🙂

Now place it into the freezer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes had passed, take it out and cut it so it looks like clusters.  You can enjoy this kind of treat daily and feel absolutely guilt free!
